There’s no doubt that MirrorWave challenges traditional methodologies and that can take a little getting used to for any new team member. Especially if you have a market research background. However, Jason Everest is up for the task and recently joined the MirrorWave team in Albany as Programme Manager.
Having been politely asked to remove the words ‘survey’ and ‘research’ from his vocabulary –the phrases; listening and responding, closing the loop and unlocking relationship potential will soon become second nature to Jason.
Jason brings a wealth of project and relationship management experience to the role, and has a background in market research and publishing – where understanding business relationships and driving service delivery improvements were crucial. Jason is looking forward to working with his MirrorWave portfolio of clients to help them build strong relationships that translate to a greater share of business.
Jason’s client portfolio will include Dimension Data, Invacare, Higgins and Upstream, and MirrorWave warmly welcomes Jason to the team.
More about Jason
Most recently, Jason worked as Business Development Manager for Consumer Link at Colmar Brunton where relationship building and working on complex projects were a key focus. Prior to that, in his role as Research Manager with Fairfax Sunday Newspapers, Jason was instrumental in developing a reader panel which provided a conduit for reader feedback and opinion.
Jason is an Albany resident and tells us that after years of sitting in traffic jams the idea of a healthy walk to work is like a dream come true. He can often be seen down at the local park coaching football and has a passion for the beautiful game.
